“So happy to fit in a class this afternoon as I am trying to figure out my new busy schedule. I have always loved your teaching style, so this was such Did you know my kids’ first initials are A, B and C? Well, technically B, A and C but in honor of #girlpower and following the alphabet, Addy gets represented first even though she falls second in line.

Here are the ABC’s, or top 3 value See the difference? The first picture is when I went to start filming a class β˜€οΈ and the second is when it actually happened 🌝. Albeit very frustrating, it was a good reminder of the why behind M|O FIT — We all know that despite our best effor #selfcare...Friday?! 🀷🏻‍♀️ Why not! While this is a much more indulgent take on my usual self care, let this be your reminder to schedule your time for the weekend NOW! It won’t happen unless you choose to make it happen. Don’t thin My husband just got back from hiking the John Muir Trail (and quickly traded the mountains for the ocean πŸ„πŸ»‍♂️). A goal he has had for years and a goal that inspired our M|O T I V A T I O N Program. The moment he committed, said it out loud, an “I just want to let you know I have been LOVING the classes. I have already noticed a difference in my body. Not only the shape but the strength. It took me awhile to get back into working out after my second baby (I had to have a planned c-sec A month in and a heart filled thank you is in order - a thank you for support, a thank you for trusting me and allowing me to share what I love with you! I am over filled with gratitude and can’t believe in just short 4 weeks we have built the Walking, sitting (while your baby naps in the car!), or watching tv. You know what these all have in common? They all are a time you can improve your posture! And with just one simple step - PALMS UP 🧘🏻‍♀️ By doing this, you naturally roll shou A new series aimed to help you MOVE MORE 🀸🏻‍♀️ Quick sequences you can do while cooking dinner or before you hop in the shower. No equipment, just you — in PJs or even  your work clothes. Look for this week’s movement sequence later
